The first dish on Miss Moffats Menu is cheesy scrambled eggs on toast, This can be served on gluten free toast and is suitable for vegetarians, full of vitamins and minerals, it makes a great start to your day. During the summer we source local Duck eggs which are great scrambled.

How about a cooked Brekkie, good old fashioned Bacon and Eggs. A Traditional English breakfast that consist of Bacon, Sausage, Tomato, Mushrooms and Egg, especially eggs cooked in lard, gives them a great flavour.
Next to indulge is Vegan Banana Pancakes, These are delicious and so easy to make, a great source of energy and a fantastic way to start the day. Suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians and lactose intolerant as they contain Soy Milk.

Another great way to start the day is with an Omelette, They contain a varying amount of 13 vitamins and minerals, high in protein and all for only 70 calories per egg, a super low fat and brilliant Breakfast.

Out next dish to enjoy is Porridge, The traditional Scottish way is with Water and Salt, but truthfully I prefer milk and syrup, cooked in a pan for 10-15 mins to allow it to get nice and creamy. If your lactose intolerant, Gluten free or a Vegan how about Quinoa Porridge, made with Quinoa and Soy or Almond Milk, with honey to add the sweetness.
